Data Retention & Export
Data retention determines how long Blings keeps your analytics and imported data. Export options allow you to retain your data independently.
Default retention: Blings retains analytics data for 12 months. Older data is automatically deleted to protect privacy and maintain system performance.
Custom retention: Enterprise customers can specify custom retention periods as part of their contract.
Export options: At any time, download a CSV of your data—including analytics events and imported data—through the data management interface.
Deletion: When you delete a project, all associated data is removed from Blings servers. Deleting user data (via GDPR/CCPA requests) permanently removes their information.
