    • You can track your video’s performance through built-in analytics that show key metrics such as views, clicks, and completion rates.

  • What do “views,” “clicks,” and “completion rate” mean?

    • Views: The number of times your video has been watched.

    • Clicks: The number of times viewers interact with embedded calls to action.

    • Completion rate: The percentage of viewers who watch the video to the end.

  • How is click tracking handled inside the video?

    • Once you exceed the 1,000 included views, you will be charged based on your selected pricing plan for additional views.

Technical Questions

  • Can I host the video on my own domain?

  • Can I export the video as a file?

    • No, currently, Blings does not support exporting the video as a file. Videos are streamed through the platform.

  • Do I need to install anything to use Blings?
